My stay was very comfortable for my holidays. Greatly enjoyed the double room I had with making entry nearly impossible and the twin beds plus the bathroom.

Request pictorial instructions for the air conditioning upon arrival to eliminate confusion. It's helpful for navigating it efficiently.

Overall it was a FANTASTIC stay for my holidays. There was good breakfasts with Asian tastes, jam and European food. Location: the hotel was not far from Tokyo station via Yaesu Underground shopping mall, Tokyo tower and the main centre of Ginza. I enjoyed this stay.

Sushi at Sushizanmai Tsukijiekimae-ten was a game changer! Fresh and divine, a must-try! Plus. Efficient service and comfy vibes round out my experience 😊
Tried to book a table at a popular joint, but the staff was a bit overwhelmed-no luck getting through. Just a minor hiccup, I guess! Still, the stay was pretty solid overall.

Perfectly positioned between two subway lines. The rooms are clean, equipped with Shiseido toiletries, and even humidifiers-a nice touch for a cozy stay.
The rooms feel cramped, hardly fitting two suitcases. Opening even one can be a hassle, as there's limited space to maneuver. The free Wi-Fi is fast, but the lack of amenities left wanting. Additional items, like face gel, came with extra costs, a stark contrast to other hotels. Plus, the smoky smell from the floor below was quite off-putting, which might bother those sensitive to odors.

The room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated having fresh towels and bathrobes each day. Breakfast had a good variety, and it was nice being close to a metro station and a great coffee shop. The location is quiet, especially the lovely russian lady who took care of our room.

The room was cramped for two people. The air conditioning was confusing and hard to operate. There were no clear instructions, made staying here uncomfortable.

will be back
The room was cozy and super clean. It had air conditioning, a tv, a private bathroom with a bidet, and all toiletries provided. Staff were friendly and quick to help. The breakfast had a limited selection, just basic toast and jam. The hotel is centrally located near the subway and high-end shopping streets.

The cleanliness was spot on, and I loved the fresh air spray they provided, made my clothes smell great! They also offered a nice massage service, with relaxation options like aromatherapy and reflexology. The air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience 😊
